By accessing or using Shashiworks (the "site"), available at www.shashiworks.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, recruiters who post jobs, and anyone who interacts with the tools, content, or services offered here.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the site. If you sign in with Google, you authorise us to receive your basic profile information (name, email, profile picture) so we can save your resumes, searches, and application history across devices. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that happens under it. Notify us promptly at shashikumargp7@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised use.
Job suggestions, company research, resume matches, ATS scores, salary ranges, and interview preparation content are intended to help you move faster in your job search. They are not guarantees of employment, interview calls, hiring outcomes, salaries, or any specific result. You remain solely responsible for the accuracy of information you submit, the applications you choose to send, and any career decisions you make.
All content on Shashiworks — including the design, code, guides, articles, logos, and curated job content — is owned by Shashiworks or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws. You may read, share, and link to our public articles for personal, non-commercial use. You may not republish, copy, or build a competing product using our content without prior written permission.
When you upload a resume, post a job, submit a review, or otherwise contribute content, you confirm that you own the rights to that content or have permission to share it. You grant Shashiworks a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, process, display, and analyse that content for the purpose of operating the service (for example, computing ATS match scores, showing your resume to recruiters you applied to, or improving search relevance). You can request deletion of your content at any time by emailing shashikumargp7@gmail.com.
Shashiworks displays advertisements served by Google AdSense and may use other approved ad networks in future. By using the site, you acknowledge that ads may appear alongside content, and that third-party vendors (including Google) use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other sites. You can manage personalised ad settings through Google's Ads Settings page. See our Privacy Policy for details. Tampering with ads, click fraud, or any attempt to artificially generate impressions is strictly prohibited.
The site links to external services such as job boards, LinkedIn, GitHub, recruiter websites, news articles, Google Sign-In, and analytics providers. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content, availability, terms, or privacy practices. Review their policies separately. Live job results are sourced from public listings via third-party APIs and are provided "as-is" — we cannot guarantee that every listing is current, accurate, or non-fraudulent.
The site, tools, and content are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that resume scores, search results, or interview prep content reflect any recruiter's actual decision-making.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shashiworks and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost opportunities, lost income, missed interviews, or lost data, arising out of your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or ₹1,000, whichever is greater.
We may suspend or terminate access to the site or to any account at any time if you breach these terms, attempt to defraud the service, or use it in a way that harms other users or the platform. You can stop using the site at any time and may request deletion of your account by emailing shashikumargp7@gmail.com; we will action it within 30 days as required by India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
We may update these terms from time to time as the product evolves or to comply with applicable law. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify signed-in users. Continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Before initiating any legal action, we ask that you first contact us in good faith at shashikumargp7@gmail.com so we have a fair chance to resolve the matter.
