Educational and informational use only
All articles, guides, ATS tips, interview questions, salary ranges, resume templates, and news roundups on Shashiworks are published for general educational and informational purposes. They are based on publicly available information, recruiter interviews, and the author's experience. They do not constitute legal advice, financial advice, immigration advice, or formal career counselling. For your specific situation, consult a qualified professional.
No guarantee of employment outcomes
Using Shashiworks tools — including the AI Resume Optimizer, Company Match, ATS scoring, Tracker, and Interview Prep Plans — can improve the quality of your application. It cannot guarantee an interview call, a shortlist, an offer, a specific salary, or any specific career outcome. Hiring decisions depend on factors entirely outside our control: the recruiter, the role, the candidate pool, market conditions, and timing.
Job listings come from third parties
The live job search aggregates listings from third-party APIs, public company career pages, and recruiter posts. We do our best to surface only legitimate roles, but we are not the employer for any listing and we cannot independently verify every detail in a third-party post.
- Always confirm the role, salary, and process on the employer's official channel before sharing personal documents.
- Never pay a fee to apply to any role; legitimate employers and recruiters in India do not charge candidates for hiring.

AI-assisted tools may make mistakes
Our resume optimizer, summary generator, and interview prep plans use AI models (currently including Google's Gemini family). AI output is probabilistic and can sometimes contain errors, outdated information, or phrasing that does not fit your background. Always review AI-generated content carefully before using it in a real application. You remain responsible for what you submit.
Salary, company, and market data is indicative
Where we publish salary ranges, hiring trends, or company comparisons, the numbers are based on aggregated public data and self-reported sources at the time of writing. Real offers vary widely by role, location, experience, demand, and negotiation. Treat published ranges as a directional reference, not a quote.
External links and third-party content
The site links to external services such as job boards, LinkedIn, GitHub, news outlets, recruiter websites, and learning platforms. We do not endorse, monitor, or control these external sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability, or practices. Visit them at your own discretion and review their terms separately.
Advertising and affiliate disclosure
Shashiworks displays advertisements served by Google AdSense and may, in future, include affiliate links to relevant courses, books, or tools. Where an affiliate link is used, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. Errors, corrections, and updates
We update our guides and listings frequently, but content can become stale — particularly around interview patterns, company headcount, salaries, and visa rules. If you spot something inaccurate or out of date, please email shashikumargp7@gmail.com with the page URL and the correction. We aim to review reported issues within 3 business days.
