About
Built to make job hunting feel more organized
Shashiworks brings job search, resume analysis, application tracking, interview prep, and market news into one connected workflow — so you spend less time juggling tabs and more time making progress.
What it helps with
Most job searches fall apart because they live across too many disconnected places — a spreadsheet here, a browser tab there, notes scattered across apps. Shashiworks replaces that with a single workspace.
- Search live job listings from LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, Glassdoor, and Wellfound in one place
- Analyze your resume against job descriptions and get a match score powered by semantic AI
- Track every application you've sent, with stage, notes, and follow-up dates
- Prepare for interviews with role-specific questions and structured practice sessions
- Follow hiring news and company updates relevant to your target roles
- Get personalized insights based on your own resume and search history
How it works
The platform combines browser-side storage with a lightweight backend so your data stays fast and accessible without heavy infrastructure. Your resume, saved searches, and application history are synced to your account when you sign in — and available offline from your device when you don't need the network.
Live job search is powered by Tavily, which pulls real postings from major job boards in real time rather than showing cached listings that may be weeks old. Resume analysis uses Google Gemini to read your resume and identify skill gaps, keyword coverage, and formatting improvements. Interview prep uses AI to generate questions specific to the role and level you are targeting.
You can explore the tools without creating an account. Sign in with Google to unlock syncing, live search, and saved searches across devices.
Why it exists
Job searches get messy. Most people end up managing applications in a spreadsheet, bookmarking roles across five different job boards, copy-pasting resume bullet points into cover letter drafts, and trying to remember which company they interviewed with last Tuesday. That friction adds up and makes an already stressful process harder.
Shashiworks was built to reduce that friction. The goal is not to replace job boards or recruiters — it is to give you a clearer, faster workflow so you can apply to more relevant roles, prepare more confidently, and keep track of where you stand without losing information in the noise.
Who it is for
Shashiworks works best for software engineers, data professionals, and tech workers actively job searching or quietly exploring new opportunities. It covers experienced professionals switching roles or companies as well as final-year students preparing for campus placements and early-career openings.
The platform adapts to your context — search filters, salary ranges, and job board recommendations adjust based on your location, whether you are in India, the US, the UK, Singapore, or elsewhere.
