Shashiworks is built and maintained by a small, focused team. The fastest way to reach us is by email — we read every message, typically respond within 2 business days, and resolve most product issues within a week.
Response times
- General questions — within 2 business days (Mon–Fri, 9 AM to 7 PM IST).
- Bug reports — triaged within 1 business day; fix timeline depends on severity.
- Recruiter / partnership enquiries — within 3 business days.
- Privacy and data-deletion requests — acknowledged within 5 days, actioned within 30 days as required by India's DPDP Act, 2023.
What to include in your message
To help us help you faster, please share:
- A short subject line that describes the issue (for example: "Resume optimizer error on upload").
- The page URL where the issue happened.
- Your browser and device (for example: Chrome on Windows 11, Safari on iPhone 14).
- A screenshot or screen recording if relevant — this almost always cuts back-and-forth in half.
- Your email or Google sign-in identifier so we can look up the right account.
For recruiters and employers
If you are a recruiter or hiring manager wanting to post a role, view applicant resumes, or set up a company page, the fastest path is to use the Post a Job page. Job posting is currently free. For volume hiring, applicant tracking integrations, or branded company pages, write to shashikumargp7@gmail.com with the subject "Recruiter enquiry" and we will follow up with a quick call.
For press and partnerships
Journalists, content creators, and partner platforms can reach us at the same email with the subject "Press" or "Partnership". Please include your outlet or platform name, intended angle or integration, and your deadline. We are happy to share product screenshots, founder commentary on the Indian job-search market, or anonymised aggregate insights when useful.
