Sign in to unlock real job listings fetched directly from LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, Glassdoor, Wellfound and more in a single search. Instead of redirecting you to a job board and hoping for results, Shashiworks shows up to 10 matching listings right on the page — with title, company snippet, source, and a direct apply link.
Resume-match ranking powered by Cohere
If you have uploaded your resume, every live listing is automatically scored and ranked by how well it fits your profile. Cohere's semantic embedding model compares your skills, roles and experience against each job's title and description — so the best-matched roles appear first with a percentage match badge.
This is not keyword matching. The model understands meaning, so "Python developer" correctly scores against "software engineer (Python)" even without identical words.
Freshness-first results
Stale job listings are one of the biggest time-wasters in a job search. The search defaults to latest-first results — you can narrow to the past 24 hours, 3 days, or 7 days so you are always looking at roles that are actually open.
Region-aware filters that matter
Shashiworks adapts its filters to your location. Salary ranges, cities, and job board links automatically adjust based on your country — so whether you are searching in the US, UK, Singapore, or elsewhere, you get filters that reflect your local market.
