Is it really free? What's the catch?
Free during our launch period — no listing fee, no transaction fee, no premium tier. We earn from candidate-side products (resume builder, ATS optimizer). Recruiter side stays free while we grow traffic.
How does the match score work?
We compare each applicant's resume against your job description across skills, experience level, role overlap, and education. The result is a 0–100 score plus a breakdown of matched and missing skills. See the demo.
What kind of candidates apply on Shashiworks?
Mostly Indian software professionals (developers, data, DevOps, ML, design) — freshers through 10+ years. We're growing fastest in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Gurgaon. Remote-friendly roles get the strongest pipeline.
How many applicants will I get?
Depends on role, location, and salary range. Realistic expectation today: 5–25 applicants per role over 45 days. Use the bulk CSV path if you're hiring for multiple roles at once.
Can I edit or take down a listing?
Yes — email us at contact@shashiworks.com with your order ID. We'll edit or close it the same day. A self-serve recruiter dashboard is on the roadmap.
Do you do background or salary verification?
No — we don't gate listings on background checks or salary ranges. We do moderate for legitimacy (real company, real role, real contact). Recruiters can request salary expectations from candidates directly via email.
